About us and the roleCollegeLogistics is a free platform that helps families plan the whole college journey, from the first college search to graduation-day move-out. We cover 3,800+ US colleges and 33,000+ local and national service providers, with campus dates, housing rules, travel planning, moving and storage. Families who want more help can use our concierge service. We reach families mainly through the people they already trust: high school college counselors, homeschool networks, libraries, community groups, and American international schools abroad. We're looking for a part-time Outreach Coordinator to run that counselor pipeline day to day: making contact, following up, keeping our CRM current and turning interest into schools that share us with their families. What you'll do Run outreach to school counselors in the US and at American international schools abroad: emails, mailed packets and follow-up calls. Log every contact and outcome in our CRM (BridgeSuite), and keep follow-up dates on schedule. Schedule and host short webinars and calls for counselors and families, including some early-morning or evening slots for schools in Asia and the Middle East. Support our student ambassadors: check their weekly reports and follow up when they're late. Answer first enquiries from families interested in our concierge service and pass them on for delivery. Review the weekly blog and social drafts our team prepares and queue them for publishing. Research, contact lists and first drafts are prepared for you, so your time goes into reaching people and following through. What we're looking forMust have A bachelor's degree, completed recently (Class of 2024–2026 welcome). Some experience reaching out to people: a campus job, internship, admissions tour guide, student ambassador, club leadership or sales. Clear, warm writing and confidence on the phone with busy professionals. Organized and reliable: you keep records accurate and hit weekly targets working remotely. Nice to have Interest in education, college admissions or marketing as a career. Familiarity with the US college admissions process from your own recent experience. Any experience with a CRM, spreadsheets or running online events.
