Personal Injury Case Manager

WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR NEW JERSEY PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER AMS Law Group is expanding into New Jersey and we are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager who already knows how to handle New Jersey PI cases from A to Z. 📍 New Jersey preferred | Remote candidates worldwide considered This is not an entry-level position. We need someone with real, hands-on experience managing New Jersey personal injury cases and who can take ownership of a file with minimal supervision. You should have experience with: Insurance claims and adjuster communication Client communication and case management Medical treatment coordination and tracking Medical records and billing Demands and settlement packages Settlement negotiations Medical reductions and liens Pre-litigation case management Litigation support and case transition into litigation Case management systems, deadlines, documentation and follow-ups Identifying what needs to happen next and proactively moving cases forward What we are looking for Prior New Jersey personal injury experience is strongly preferred Experience managing PI cases through multiple stages, not just one specific task Strong knowledge of the insurance and medical side of PI cases Excellent English communication skills Strong organization, follow-up and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of a caseload Candidates located in New Jersey are highly preferred, particularly as we prepare to establish a physical presence there. However, we are open to qualified candidates anywhere in the world if they have strong New Jersey PI experience.
