Personal Lines Account Manager Location: Quincy, MA (South Shore) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Hybrid RP Solutions is recruiting for a growing independent insurance agency in Quincy, Massachusetts, seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to support clients with their home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance needs. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing an established book of business, and helping clients make informed decisions about their coverage. You'll work closely with Producers, carriers, and internal team members to provide responsive service and maintain strong client relationships. What you'll do: Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and their insurance needs. Handle policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, coverage questions, and other day-to-day servicing requests. Review existing policies, identify potential coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate adjustments based on client needs. Work with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, remarket accounts, and secure competitive coverage options. Assist clients with new business quotes, policy comparisons, and coverage recommendations. Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and account activity within the agency management system. Collaborate with Producers and internal team members to support retention, cross-selling opportunities, and overall client satisfaction. What you'll bring: 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, preferably within an independent agency or brokerage. Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred. Strong understanding of personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and related coverages. Experience managing client relationships, policy renewals, endorsements, and carrier communications. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistent follow-through. Experience with agency management systems is a plus.
