Compensation

Package Base Salary: $70,000+ Validation Schedule: 3-year validation schedule with the opportunity to validate early based on individual production and results Work Arrangement: Fully remote Responsibilities - Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met. - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. - Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best solutions. Qualifications/Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role. - Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome. - Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting. - #LI-DH1
