Physical Therapist (PT) – Telehealth | Ohio Licensed
Muscle Lab Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing telehealth team! We specialize in providing virtual physical therapy services to patients recovering from personal injuries, including motor vehicle accidents. This is a fully remote opportunity for a motivated, independent physical therapist looking for flexible scheduling and supplemental income.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial physical therapy evaluations through telehealth.
- Provide virtual follow-up treatment sessions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Complete evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Communicate with our scheduling and administrative team regarding patient care.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Ohio Physical Therapist license (REQUIRED).
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualifying PT degree.
- Comfortable providing physical therapy services through telehealth.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care remotely.
- Previous telehealth experience preferred but not required.
- Personal injury experience is a plus but not required.
