Care where and when it’s needed most. With AZOVA’s OnDemand Care, you can deliver timely, evidence-based treatment for acute conditions from the convenience of our secure virtual platform. Our technology streamlines care delivery with built-in protocols, ensuring that you can quickly assess, diagnose, and treat patients without compromising quality. Patients can access care when they need it most, and you have the tools to provide efficient and effective care every time. OnDemand patient appointments are not scheduled and providers are able to claim available appointments based on your availability and preference.
Unlike traditional telehealth services, AZOVA emphasizes more than just symptom relief. Our approach integrates prevention and patient education, empowering you to address the root causes of recurring health issues. Providers in our network benefit from seamless documentation, clinical decision support, and a care model designed to build long-term trust with patients while maintaining the highest standards of evidence-based medicine.
Virtual Primary Care
Prevention at the core
AZOVA’s Virtual Primary Care empowers providers to build lasting relationships with patients through a prevention-first approach. Our platform makes it easy for you to deliver comprehensive, longitudinal care virtually, while still maintaining the personalized touch that primary care requires. You’ll have access to embedded clinical guidelines and protocols to support your care decisions, all from one streamlined platform. To provide continuity for your assigned patients, AZOVA requests a minimum of 8 hours of scheduled availability on the AZOVA platform each week.
Our focus extends beyond managing conditions—we aim to help patients prevent them. From annual wellness exams to preventive screenings aligned with USPSTF recommendations, our system enables you to provide proactive, whole-person care. By joining AZOVA, you’re joining a network dedicated to reimagining primary care, where root cause solutions and patient engagement come first.
Pediatrics
Care when families need it most
From sick visits to preventive milestones. AZOVA offers both OnDemand and Primary Care pediatric services, giving families reliable access to quality care for their children anytime, anywhere. Whether it’s addressing common childhood illnesses or supporting ongoing preventive care, you’ll have the convenience of delivering trusted pediatric care through our intuitive platform.
Our protocols ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based treatments, while our prevention-first model helps families foster lifelong healthy habits for their children. By joining our network, you’ll play a key role in supporting families with care when they need it most—without the limitations of a traditional office setting.
Who can participate? Board certified pediatricians or family medicine physicians and nurse practitioners or physician assistants who have one or more years experience in pediatrics or family medicine with a strong emphasis in pediatric care.
Dermatology
Root cause approach to skin health
More than skin deep. AZOVA offers dermatology services with a unique root cause approach, going beyond quick prescriptions to address the underlying factors affecting skin health. Built-in protocols and at-home labs allow you to explore underlying contributors like hormones, nutrition, or inflammation, going beyond topical treatments.
Providers in our network benefit from access to clinical protocols, decision support, and seamless integration with functional and primary care. You’ll have access to a nationwide network of clinicians for case discussion and support. Our administrative and clinical navigation team ensures your patients get the labs, prescriptions, and follow-up care they need without additional burden on your practice.
Who can participate? You must be board certified in dermatology or have completed the ExpertDerm Dermatology Fellowship Foundation tier or higher in order to participate in this program.
Psychiatry
Whole person mental health
Go beyond medication management. With AZOVA’s psychiatry services, you’ll have the tools to provide safe prescribing, ongoing monitoring, and collaborative care. Built-in clinical protocols and care pathways ensure you can practice confidently and consistently. Appointments include New Patient Evaluations and Follow-Up Management.
Our integrative model connects psychiatry seamlessly with therapy, primary care, and functional medicine providers. With at-home labs for metabolic and medication monitoring, plus 24/7 care navigation and peer support, you’ll be part of a true multidisciplinary care network.
Functional Medicine
Whole-person, personalized care

From detailed patient assessments to at-home testing, you’ll have all the tools you need to deliver personalized care plans that drive lasting change. On AZOVA, you can diagnose and treat sleep disorders through integrated protocols and AZOVA’s At-Home Sleep Test.
