Job Summary This position will be responsible to implement and support highfidelity computational pipeline monitoring CPM and Operator Training Simulator OTS applications on the oil and gas pipelines using sophisticated realtime transient models RTTM Desired Skills and Experience Minimum Bachelors Degree in EngineeringChemicalMechanicalPetroleum 5 years of experience working with pipeline simulation software for the Oil and Gas pipeline industry A minimum of 5 years of experience with industrystandard leak detection software packages is required Experience with Energy Solutions International ESI Emerson PipelineManager is mandatory Familiarity with DNVGL SPS Schneider Electric SimSuite Atmos PIPE or similar leak detection systems will be considered an added advantage Knowledge of SCADA systems instrumentation and process control Understand the regulatory requirements for Leak Detection Systems and Operator Training Simulator Ability to develop small applications using SQL and a standard programming language Ability to develop project plans and coordinate with team members to complete the deliverables Must be willing and able to travel as required Mandatory Skills: Aveva Mobile Operator, Honeywell Forge Advanced Process Control, Honeywell Forge Operations Management
