Lead Plaintiff Employment Litigation — 100% Remote Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation Remote in Washington A prominent California employment law firm is expanding into Washington and opening a new office, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced plaintiff-side employment attorney to join its growing practice. This is an opportunity to handle meaningful employment litigation matters, work alongside an experienced team of litigators, and play a key role in the firm’s expansion into the Washington market, all while enjoying the flexibility of a 100% remote work environment. What You’ll Do Handle plaintiff-side employment matters from inception through resolution. Manage Wage & Hour, Class Action, and single-plaintiff employment matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions. Develop litigation strategies alongside experienced trial attorneys. Represent employees in complex employment and wage & hour disputes. Participate in hearings, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings as needed. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience. Experience handling Wage & Hour, Class Action, and/or single-plaintiff employment matters. Strong legal writing, advocacy, and motion practice skills. Comfortable managing cases and working independently in a remote environment. Trial experience is a plus.
