Job Title: PMO Project Manager Location: Remote with required onsite attendance in Middletown, Pennsylvania. - The selected candidate must be available to work onsite for one week per month, as scheduled, and attend additional onsite meetings, work sessions, planned implementations, or system-issue support as needed. About the Role: - Wave 2 is a complex, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiative involving one of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission’s core business applications and numerous interconnected systems, business processes, and stakeholders. - The PMO Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams while managing technical and business dependencies, project risks, vendors, resources, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications. - This position will provide strong project governance and ensure that Wave 2 initiatives remain aligned with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission’s strategic priorities, operational needs, and established project management standards. Your Impact: - As the PMO Project Manager, you will: - Manage and coordinate internal and external resources involved in multiple IT projects of varying size and complexity. - Develop and maintain project artifacts using established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. - Build and manage detailed, integrated project plans and schedules that include task-level details, deliverables, milestones, cross-functional dependencies, and critical-path activities. - Estimate and maintain project cost
