Job Summary (Commonwealth of PA 2 - PTC - PMO Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA Initiative) Role: Project Manager for enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA enhancement (Wave 2) for PA Turnpike Commission (PTC) Work Arrangement: Remote, with one week/month onsite in Middletown, PA, plus additional in-person sessions as required Contract Duration: 12/07/2026 – 06/30/2027 Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Compensation: $80/hr W2 OR $90/hr 1099/C2C Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate internal/external staff across multiple complex IT projects - Develop and maintain project management artifacts per PA Turnpike standards - Build and manage integrated project plans, schedules, and critical paths - Estimate and monitor project budgets and cost plans throughout lifecycle - Plan and schedule resources, ensuring proper allocation and availability - Forecast and manage resource capacity in a dynamic environment - Establish and enforce project governance frameworks (roles, responsibilities, escalation, decision-making) - Define and refine project scope with business owners and analysts - Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing
