Podcast Editing

We’re looking for an experienced podcast video/audio editor to help us dial in the production quality of our video podcast and teach us how to consistently achieve a professional look and sound. We currently record a multi-camera podcast using a combination of a dedicated camera and iPhones, with separate XLR microphone audio. We edit primarily in CapCut and Audacity. We need someone who can: Review and improve our current lighting and camera setup Help us achieve consistent color, exposure, and quality across multiple camera angles Optimize our microphone/audio setup for crisp, professional podcast sound Show us how to properly clean, EQ, compress, level, and master dialogue Improve our CapCut workflow for multi-camera editing, syncing, color correction, and audio Help troubleshoot issues like background noise, inconsistent camera quality, and audio/video sync Ideally meet with us via Zoom/screenshare and walk us through the process hands-on Our goal is not simply to outsource editing. We want an expert who can look at our current setup, help us create a repeatable editing workflow/preset, and teach us the ins and outs so we can confidently edit future episodes ourselves. Experience editing professional video podcasts/interviews is strongly preferred. Please include examples of podcasts you’ve worked on and what software you typically use.
