About the Role
We’re hiring a Political Campaigns Associate to help manage and execute multiple projects across clients. This is a fast-paced, remote role for someone who is organized, self-directed, and reliable. You’ll be working across many campaigns at once, so staying on top of details and keeping things moving is critical. You should also care about politics and be aware of what’s going on in the broader landscape.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects at the same time
- Keep timelines, trackers, and deliverables organized
- Coordinate work across campaigns and internal priorities
- Make sure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
- Flag issues early and help solve them
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping things
- Self-starter who works well remotely
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Proficiency in NGP, ActBlue, Switchboard, and similar fundraising tools
- At least 1–2 campaign cycles of experience
- Interested in politics and stays informed on current events
Ideal Candidate Someone who is reliable, organized, and takes ownership. You should be comfortable juggling a lot at once and care about the work you're supporting.
