President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) | AI Infrastructure & Hyperscale 📍 Location: United States – Fully Remote (Anywhere in the US) 🌍 Industry: AI Infrastructure | NeoCloud | Hyperscale Data Centres | GPU Compute 💼 Level: Executive Leadership | Reporting to CEO We are partnering with a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company building next-generation AI compute platforms and hyperscale data centre infrastructure across Europe and the United States. With an ambitious international expansion strategy and a multi-gigawatt infrastructure development pipeline, our client is looking to appoint an exceptional President & Chief Operating Officer to build, scale and lead the organisation through its next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity for a proven operator who has built and scaled complex, high-growth organisations and can translate ambitious strategic objectives into measurable operational execution. The Mandate The COO will work directly alongside the Founder & CEO, taking ownership of organisational structure, operational execution, cross-functional leadership and the systems required to scale a global infrastructure business. Key Responsibilities: Organisational Scaling: Design and build the operating structure, leadership teams, decision-making frameworks and processes required to support rapid international expansion. Operational Leadership: Drive execution across infrastructure development, construction, commercial operations, finance and corporate functions. Infrastructure Delivery: Oversee operational coordination across data centre developments, power infrastructure, strategic vendors, contractors and deployment programmes. Strategic Execution: Translate the CEO's vision into actionable priorities, clear accountability and measurable business outcomes. Capital & Stakeholder Management: Partner with executive leadership on capital deployment, investor engagement, strategic partnerships and board-level reporting. Leadership & Culture: Recruit, develop and lead exceptional teams while establishing a high-performance, ownership-driven culture. Who We're Looking For We are particularly interested in executives who have: Proven experience building and scaling organisations in high-growth, technically complex environments. Held senior operational leadership positions such as COO, President, VP Operations or equivalent. Experience across technology, AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centres, industrial infrastructure or similarly capital-intensive businesses. Demonstrated ability to build organisational structures, lead cross-functional teams and execute complex international growth strategies. Strong commercial acumen, financial understanding and experience operating alongside founders, investors and executive boards. A highly entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with exceptional execution capabilities. We are especially interested in leaders who have developed their operating experience within high-performance organisations such as SpaceX, Palantir, Tesla, Anduril, Stripe, Revolut or comparable rapidly scaling technology and infrastructure businesses. The Opportunity This is not a traditional corporate COO position. We are looking for a genuine builder and operator who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, takes ownership and knows how to turn an ambitious vision into a world-class operating organisation. You won't simply manage an existing business. You will help build the company capable of delivering its next stage of global growth.
