About the employer The company hiring builds and runs secure, scalable infrastructure for business and AI, with services including cloud and GPU computing, managed infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and consulting. About the role You’ll lead work on an AI platform that’s already in production, improving its autonomous agents and helping shape its architecture. You’ll tackle questions like how agents reason, coordinate tasks, and make reliable decisions, and how we measure how well they perform. You’ll join a growing engineering team with a real say in what we build and how we build it. Beyond strong Python skills, we’re flexible about technologies: you’ll help choose the right tools for the problem. Fully REMOTE Base salary: $200,000 – $300,000/yr Equity: $500,000 – $700,000 / year Total Comp Package $700,000 - 1,000,000 (annual salary + equity) Learn more about the role, click apply.
