Principal Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on shaping new product opportunities and driving cross-cutting initiatives that can deliver meaningful business impact. You will work closely with engineering and other partners to turn ambiguous problems into validated concepts, with an emphasis on rapid experimentation, customer feedback, and market fit. The position combines strategic product thinking with a hands-on approach to discovery, prototyping, and execution in a fast-scaling technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $137,200 – $245,000 annually

Responsibilities

Own and drive cross-cutting initiatives with significant business impact within a core product area Identify and incubate new product opportunities adjacent to existing offerings Act as a hands-on contributor to solve complex, ambiguous problems Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prototype and validate new ideas with customers Champion and embody the organization’s cultural principles as the company scales globally Qualifications 5-7 years of product management experience in B2B, preferably enterprise B2B Proven track record of launching products from concept to market in a B2B environment Strong commercial acumen with the ability to size market opportunities and build business cases Familiarity with AI tools for rapid prototyping and development No specific telematics expertise required; on-the-job learning is expected
