Principal Solutions Strategist

TOP SKILLS: (MUST HAVES) Expertise with enterprise solutions architecture—hands-on cloud, integration/API and data platform skills. Expertise in provider, medical device, or healthcare tech environments, plus fluency in HIPAA, FDA-regulated software, and HL7/FHIR. Executive presence and experience running ambiguous strategy conversations with C-level and VP level leaders. Healthcare product and technology strategy expertise. AI fluency. The role sets guardrails for governed AI in regulated settings, so it matters more as the work evolves. REQUIREMENTS: Twelve (12+) or more years across enterprise architecture, product strategy, or technology leadership, with substantial healthcare industry tenure. Five (5+) or more years in client-facing consulting or advisory roles serving VP-level and C-level stakeholders on large enterprise engagements. Track record owning technology or product strategy for a major enterprise program, platform, or portfolio, ideally in healthcare or another regulated industry. Hands-on architecture leadership on at least one major cloud platform; TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification and cloud architect certifications preferred. Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
