Private Investigator

Atlantic Surveillance LLC is seeking dependable, experienced investigators for surveillance and other investigative assignments throughout Syracuse and Central New York. Responsibilities

• Conduct discreet stationary, mobile, and covert surveillance as required.
• Obtain clear video and prepare accurate, detailed, time-stamped reports.
• Exercise sound judgment and adapt to changing field conditions.
• Communicate relevant case developments and coordinate with the team.
• Submit reports and video within required deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and safe driving practices.

Qualifications and Equipment

• Previous field surveillance experience preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for surveillance.
• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and video camera suitable for professional surveillance work.
• Availability for varying schedules, including early mornings and occasional weekends, and travel throughout Central New York.

This position begins on a part-time/as-needed basis. Assignment availability will vary. Opportunities for full-time work will depend on case volume, performance, and availability.
