Product Designer
About the role:
- Lead design for multi-release features and flows across web and mobile, taking work from ambiguous problem to polished, shipped solution.
- Translate customer needs, research insights and business goals into clear problem statements, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmaps, scope trade-offs and deliver with quality.
- Plan and run research with researchers, including usability testing, concept validation and analysis of behavioral data, and use what you learn to improve designs.
- Apply and contribute to the design system so experiences are consistent, accessible and scalable.
- Present design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and leaders, and incorporate feedback.
- Champion accessibility, privacy and security-by-design in every experience.
- Mentor and give constructive critique to other designers, and help improve team practices.
About you:
- Typically 5 or more years of product design experience shipping consumer or complex digital products, or equivalent experience.
- A portfolio showing strong interaction design, visual craft and a clear, user-centered process, with measurable outcomes.
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, and experience working within a design system.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Strong communication, storytelling and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Comfort working in agile teams, managing multiple priorities and making decisions with incomplete information.
Nice to have:
- Experience in cybersecurity, privacy, identity or subscription-based products.
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven experiences.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
How success is measured:
