Key Responsibilities

Design AI-powered recommendations, intelligent automation, and AI agents that help users complete meaningful tasks and manage programs effectively. Integrate actionable AI guidance into product workflows while ensuring users understand and trust these experiences. Partner with Product Management and Legal teams to design AI experiences within appropriate compliance requirements and guardrails. Influence platform-level product decisions by collaborating with senior management, Product Management, Engineering, User Research, and Data Analytics. Contribute scalable patterns to EasyLlama's design system in partnership with the design system owner. Develop and test UX hypotheses with senior stakeholders, define experiment variants and success criteria, and iterate based on results.
