Product Development Engineer Intern

Employment: Internship Department: Engineering Research & Development Start Date: Summer Job Description: This internship offers hands-on experience in product engineering, mechanical problem-solving, and innovative product development while collaborating with engineers and designers across the globe. Responsibilities: Research complex engineering challenges and develop practical solutions using engineering principles. Assist in translating product specifications and requirements into effective engineering solutions. Review concept sketches and provide technical support for product design and development. Contribute creative and practical mechanical solutions to product-related challenges. Assist in troubleshooting existing mechanisms and identifying opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical, with a process-oriented mindset. Effective time-management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Compensation: The compensation for this role is $26 per hour.
