About the Opportunity: The PRODUCT MANAGER - ENDUSER role is responsible for enhancing how individuals and employees adopt and integrate the organization's security products into daily use. This position focuses on improving first-run experiences, onboarding, autofill reliability, and core user workflows across multiple platforms. The role directly influences user activation, retention, and enterprise deployment success by shaping product features that are simple, reliable, and meet diverse user needs. Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap for key user workflows including onboarding, item creation, search, filtering, organization, and in-app guidance across all clients Improve autofill reliability and compatibility across websites, apps, and platforms Define user data organization methods balancing simplicity and power Analyze the relationship between early product experience and metrics like activation and retention Define and track adoption metrics such as time to first fill, import completion, weekly active use, and feature engagement Translate customer feedback into prioritized product decisions Support sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams regarding employee adoption in enterprise contexts Communicate performance metrics, roadmap updates, and achievements to leadership and partners Utilize AI tools to enhance spec writing, competitive analysis, data modeling, and prototyping Requirements: Minimum 4 years of product management experience Experience with user research and user experience design Strong technical aptitude focused on technical users and use cases Ability to translate complex security concepts into intuitive user experiences Capacity to engage in technical discussions with engineering regarding architecture and tradeoffs Highly organized with strong prioritization and decision-making skills based on goals and user needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Growth mindset and eagerness to learn Enthusiasm for open source and improving internet security Pay Range and Compensation Package: In the United States, the starting base compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $160,000.
