Remote Position
Product Manager – Service of Process
🌍 Remote · United States
💼 Full-time
Job Description:
- Own outcomes for one or more Service of Process product areas, including APIs and integrations, the proprietary job assignment/routing/task management/evidence platform, customer web portal, and field mobile app
- Set product priorities and maintain a roadmap tied to business outcomes
- Conduct field research with process servers, operations teams, and customers
- Run structured customer discovery through interviews, win/loss input, support themes, and usage data
- Serve external customers and internal operations users
- Write requirements covering problem statements, success criteria, edge cases, and jurisdiction-specific operational/legal constraints
- Own the backlog within the SAFe cadence, including features, stories, acceptance, iteration planning, and PI planning
- Work daily with mobile, web, and backend engineering; break work into releasable increments and make tradeoff decisions
- Own launch readiness, enablement, support readiness, migration/backfill, and rollback planning
- Own release quality, testing strategy, UAT coordination, and go/no-go decisions
- Identify and quantify automation, routing, and decision-support opportunities
- Define responsible AI use, accuracy thresholds, human-review paths, and failure behavior
- Define success metrics, monitor dashboards, analyze results, and act on outcomes
- Manage regulatory, evidentiary, compliance, operational, and sensitive-data risks
- Ensure changes receive appropriate cross-functional review before release
- Report directly to the CTO
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of product management experience, including at least one product spanning multiple technical surfaces (e.g. mobile + web, or a field/consumer app backed by a core platform)
- Demonstrated track record of running your own discovery and turning it into shipped requirements
- Comfortable working directly with engineering across mobile, web, and backend teams simultaneously
- Hands-on backlog ownership in a scaled agile environment; scaled agile of some kind is expected
- Experience with B2B APIs, integrations, or platform products, including versioning, developer-facing documentation, integration partners, and enterprise technical requirements
- Comfortable pulling your own numbers and building your own view; SQL is a plus, not a requirement
- Evidence of raising the product bar through discovery practices, outcome orientation, or peer and leadership influence
- Experience owning release quality without a dedicated QA team, including testing scope, UAT, and testing commitments
- Some go-to-market experience, including launch messaging, sales enablement, or customer rollout
- Experience navigating a cross-functional sign-off or impact-review process before release, or a clear point of view on why one matters
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native mobile product experience (iOS/Android) — nice to have
- Experience building for internal operators — nice to have
- Experience shipping AI-assisted features — nice to have
- Legal services, legal tech, process serving, litigation support, courts, or regulated/compliance-heavy industry background — nice to have
