Job title: Product Manager/Product Owner Work Location: Remote OR Plano, Texas OR Bay Area, CA Top 3 Skills: Digital / Commercial Banking Domain Expertise Product Delivery & Program Management (Agile and Waterfall) Jira Roadmap Management, PI Planning, and Cross-functional Stakeholder Management Years of Experience: 10.00 Years of Experience Job Description / Responsibilities Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Product management experience with ability to manage multiple features at one time Digital Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments Product Management experience Understanding of Cross-functional aspects with respect to Digital Banking Platform - Onboarding, Entitlements, Alerts, User activity logs, Virtual Assistant, Global Search etc. Familiarity with Agile development methodology Experience documenting requirements and use cases Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution.
