ASAPProject: Specialty ClaimsDescription: An Analytics Product Owner for UHC Specialty Claim Ops will set the strategic direction for key AI/ML and reporting driven products that increase efficiencies and reduce costs in Specialty Claim Operations. You will leverage agile frameworks and a mindset for innovation to maximize the value of data intrinsic to UHC Benefit Operations. You will work within the Core Ops Analytics and Automation team to develop transformative solutions that lead to more effective decision-making and more efficient execution across multiple lines of business. Responsibilities: Responsible for the full product life cycle for new or existing Analytics Products, including: strategy, design, development, management and end of life/phasing out. Liaison between business and Analytics/Data Science development scrum teamsSets and manages priorities for Analytics and/or Data Science product developmentProvides strategic leadership for Analytics/Data Science productsWorks with internal and external customers to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals while successfully managing these relationships and expectations. Solves product related problems and makes decisions based on product strategyMakes presentations to Senior executives and decision-makers advocating and demonstrating the value of Analytics and Data driven products. Determines framework to calculate measurable value of analytics product to Operations and the Enterprise as a wholePartners with Data Scientists to develop capabilities and with Data Engineers to bring capabilities into productionRequired:2+ years working on an agile team. Must have at least 3-5 years of practical experience, and advanced knowledge, to easily perform core Business Analysis tasks independently. Experience: 3 years required
