Product Owner/Business Analyst 100% Remote Location Phoenix AZ 12 Months plus contract Rate DOE Start Date Immediately

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role, preferably in an agile environment.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in product management, software development, or business process improvement.
• Experience in requirement elicitation, user story creation, and backlog management.
• Agile Methodology: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Business Analysis Skills: Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate them effectively to development teams.
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software development processes, APIs, databases, and system integration.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
