Professional Growth & Client Relations Consultant
This is a remote position. A good conversation can help someone see their next step more clearly. Can you turn that conversation into a professional client relationship? At V2F Life Design, we introduce adults to established personal development and leadership education programs through our partnership with a global education organization. We are looking for an experienced professional who brings curiosity, sound judgment and dependable follow-through to that process. Your focus will be the journey from first inquiry to an informed decision. You will learn what a prospective client wants to achieve, explain how the available programs work, arrange access to further information and agree on a clear next step. Accurate information and respect for each person’s decision are central to the role. Alongside client conversations, you will build your own flow of inquiries through digital marketing. You will use established resources, organize your contact records and review your activity during ongoing training and mentorship. This is hands-on marketing and sales work within leadership education. You may bring experience from account management, professional services, education, consulting or team leadership. Out-of-the-box thinkers are welcome, especially those who enjoy learning a new approach and taking ownership of its consistent application. Working arrangement Work remotely and organize your activities independently. This is self-employed, performance based compensation. Requirements
Experience managing professional relationships, explaining services or supporting client decisions. Ability to ask clear questions, listen without assumptions and summarize the next step. Confidence discussing educational programs with prospective clients by phone or video. Dependable follow-through, including keeping contact notes and agreed follow-up dates. Willingness to learn digital marketing and generate your own inquiries. Capacity to plan consistent daily activity, with at least two focused hours per day. A computer, reliable internet access and comfort learning online systems. Interest in applying leadership and personal development principles to your own work. Acceptance of self-employed contractor status.
