Responsibilities

Analyze program data, performance metrics, and operational information. Monitor program activities, schedules, and key milestones. Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and performance updates. Maintain accurate program records and documentation. Track program goals, deliverables, and performance indicators. Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Assist with program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to collect required information. Support the development and improvement of program processes. Maintain organized databases, spreadsheets, and program files. Assist management with research and analysis for program-related decisions. Ensure program activities and documentation follow established procedures. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, or a related field preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data management tools. Ability to analyze information and prepare clear reports. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Previous analytical or program-related experience is preferred but not required.
