Tactical, implementation-focused role shaping how Engineering, Product, and Design operate together. Work independently, collaborate with highly technical teams, and thrive in ambiguity. Key Responsibilities: Own operational health processes around bugs, incidents, reliability, and escalations. Turn data from Jira and Snowflake into clear stories and process improvements. Support planning cycles, project tracking, and leadership reviews across EPD.
