Discover Impactful Work: - Client-facing role responsible for managing the client relationship and on time delivery of program objectives. - Oversee the coordination and management of a program by monitoring program/project status, adhering to timelines and budgets, aligning goals of projects to meet needs of the program. - Acts as the primary liaison between the client, business development, and the project team facilitating the flow of information between all parties. - Works closely with laboratory management to ensure that the project deliverables meet customer expectations and financial commitments. - Negotiates and makes real-time decisions with the client. - Drives compliance to company and project management standards across departments for a cohesive customer experience. - Provides internal consulting on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. - Acts as chief liaison to the operational personnel of major clients and is responsible for large study programs.
