About the Role

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Program Manager to support a product marketing team in executing a multi-partner enterprise pilot program at a leading global technology company. This role focuses on the operational execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, ensuring program activities, milestones, reporting, partner sessions, and documentation run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal, and partner-facing teams to maintain program visibility, drive accountability, track deliverables, and resolve operational blockers. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience supporting program management, product marketing operations, GTM operations, or launch programs in a technology or enterprise software environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Tracker Management: Own and maintain multi-workstream program trackers, ensuring accurate status updates, milestone dates, owner assignments, and timely follow-ups across multiple stakeholders. Status Reporting & Governance: Prepare and deliver recurring biweekly program updates by consolidating information from multiple sources, tracking progress, highlighting risks, and maintaining consistent reporting. Partner & Meeting Coordination: Coordinate partner-facing working sessions and multi-day meetings, including scheduling across time zones, preparing agendas and materials, capturing notes, and drafting post-session summaries. Documentation & Asset Production: Develop and maintain presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and program enablement materials using established outlines and templates. Ensure consistent formatting, version control, and document organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate inputs and deliverables across Product, Sales, Legal, Marketing, and partner-facing teams, driving accountability without direct authority. Issue & Risk Tracking: Monitor open issues, questions, and dependencies; route items to the appropriate owners; follow up on outstanding actions; and escalate blockers promptly. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve tracking, reporting, documentation, and program workflows to increase operational efficiency and execution quality. Required Qualifications 4–6 years of experience supporting program management, project management, product marketing operations, GTM operations, or launch programs. Experience working in a technology company, enterprise software environment, or cross-functional product organization. Demonstrated ability to manage program trackers, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-ups. Experience preparing recurring status reports and consolidating information from multiple sources. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation, formatting, and version control. Experience coordinating meetings, working sessions, agendas, action items, and follow-up communications. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and escalate risks proactively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise status updates independently. Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise partner programs, pilot initiatives, product launches, or onboarding programs. Familiarity with business messaging, communications platforms, CPaaS, or conversational AI products. Advanced spreadsheet skills, including formula-driven trackers, pivot tables, and dashboard summaries. Experience with program management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar platforms. Familiarity with AI tools for summarization, drafting, and data cleanup. Experience supporting product marketing, GTM, or launch operations at a large technology company. Confidentiality & Information Handling This role involves access to confidential, pre-launch product information and external partner information protected by nondisclosure agreements. The selected candidate must complete the required confidentiality and data-handling onboarding and follow established internal security procedures. All work must be conducted within approved internal systems. External-facing materials must follow the standard internal review process, and the role does not include authority to approve external communications. What Success Looks Like Program trackers remain accurate, current, and actionable. Biweekly status reports are delivered consistently and on schedule. Partner sessions are well organized, with clear documentation and timely follow-ups. Deliverables and milestones remain visible across workstreams. Open issues are routed, tracked, and escalated promptly. Program documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained according to established standards. If you excel at bringing structure to complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and keeping critical initiatives on track, we'd love to hear from you.
