About the Opportunity: The PROGRAMMER ANALYST role is focused on analyzing complex datasets to generate actionable business insights that support strategic decisions. This position is essential for interpreting new data sources, maintaining data integrity, and aligning analytical outputs with organizational goals. The role advances the organization's ability to deliver accurate data-driven solutions and improve processes. Responsibilities: Prepare client data for programming Execute existing SAS programs Troubleshoot client data issues Troubleshoot existing SAS programs Modify SAS programs under direction Write SAS Infile programs Modify existing audit templates Requirements: Ability to perform essential job functions Development and programming experience Independent judgement and discretion Professionalism Problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient communication abilities Time management Strategic thinking Ability to read and understand process flows and procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work standard and additional hours if needed Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Visual acuity to operate computers and phones Strong Microsoft Office skills College degree or equivalent experience Data mining and ETL experience SQL proficiency Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base salary range: $80,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits Benefits & Perks: Medical, dental, vision insurance Training and development opportunities Nine paid holidays 401(k) program with 3% employer match Remote work options Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
