Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise staff as they provide family support through home visitation with families who are prenatal or have a child under the age of five years.
- Carry a caseload providing family support by guiding the family in meeting their goals and connecting them to supports within their community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human service or education related field
- Minimum of two years experience working with children and families
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Good driving record
- Ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
