Project Analyst (Remote)

Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Project Analyst in a remote capacity.This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.Please note we are unable to provide sponsorship or work cc for this role.Responsibilities :Delivers on delegated tasks specific to externally funded initiatives assigned by a manager on the team.Acquire thorough knowledge of each externally funded initiatives.Understand goals and objectives, key stakeholders, etc.Ensure data quality in files sent between company and vendor in support of compliance program.Pull data from internal data source and send to vendor in support of texting pilot program.Ensure quality and accuracy of data.Accurately transcribe text campaign responses and add to patient record.Assesses, plans, monitors, evaluates, and reports on each project.Clearly communicates any issues or concerns related to the data.Solutions for any issues.Participates in the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements including automation, controls, reporting, etc.Compiles and analyzes results for identification of improvement opportunities.If time permits deliver on other projects as assigned.Vigilance and performance management for a variety of programsRequirements :years of relevant work experience (product management, marketing, product development, sales or significant cross-functional project-based experience)Hands on experience with Wrike Project Management softwareMicrosoft Office suite proficiencyProficient data analysis and reporting skills; basic financial analysis skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create leadership presentations.Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.Ability to work towards specific deliverables within an environment of tight deadlines.Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and / or PBM processes preferred but not required.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlinesBachelors Degree preferred but not requiredLI-CBLI-Remote.
