Project Coordinator: I Rate : 30 This role will be onsite for training at Pico or the Gas Tower and then fully remote. This person will need to still be local in the Southern California area. Work Location 8101 S Rosemead Blvd Pico Rivera CA USA 90660-5100 Description Level I: 0-2 Years of Experience. Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. Some Notes on the Role: -Internal Job Title: Project & Program Management Specialist -1 round of interviews with the HM and a supervisor -No FTE conversion -This role will be onsite for training at Pico or the Gas Tower and then fully remote. This person will need to still be local in the Southern California area. -Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM -Top Qualifications: The role requires 1)Attention to detail to validate completeness and agreement between invoices and contracts 2)Communication skills both verbal and through email. This role requires communication with both vendors and our project teams. 3)Ability to stay focused. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. -Day to Day: The job is reviewing vendor invoices for contractual compliance and verify all required documentation is included and signed. Inputting the correct accounting information in SAP and routing to the correct invoice approver. -High school diploma required, college degree preferred
