Project Manager
About The Role The role drives execution across software delivery teams, owning project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination from kickoff through launch. You will work directly with engineering, design, and product stakeholders to de-risk roadmaps, unblock teams, and ship complex technical initiatives on schedule — serving as the single source of truth for status, scope, and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project plans for software initiatives, defining milestones, dependencies, and success criteria Run agile ceremonies and cadence: sprint planning, standups, retros, and cross-team syncs Manage risk registers and escalation paths; surface blockers to leadership with recommended resolutions Coordinate releases across engineering, QA, and platform teams using Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD checkpoints Build and maintain status dashboards and executive reporting on timeline, scope, and resource health Track budgets and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams, flagging capacity gaps early Improve delivery processes by documenting playbooks and rolling out standardized workflows What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of project or program management experience in software or technology environments Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, and agile/scrum delivery practices Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with 10+ stakeholders from kickoff to launch Strong written communication: able to distill technical detail into crisp exec-ready summaries Comfortable with technical concepts and conversation — APIs, infrastructure dependencies, and release processes Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience Bonus: PMP or CSM/PSM certification; experience with data platform or SaaS product launches; SQL or BI dashboard skills
