Title: Project Manager (Figma, Project management, budget tracking and vendor management, Brand operations) Location: Remote Duration: 08-months contract Max pay rate: $77/hr (Only on W2) Must Have Skills: Strong communication with design/dev teams, vendors and project owners about deadlines and revisions Familiarity with Figma and managing internal websites or portals Project management of high-volume work: workflows, budget tracking and vendor management

Skills: End-to-end project management background Exposure to brand governance or brand design systems (being an expert isn't required) Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day work with the website development and design vendor Handle about 400–500 brand portal updates per year in the internal Cases system Track budgets and brand updates Support brand review governance processes and workflows Overall Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Support brand governance workflows. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Direct, review and approve product designs and changes. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
