We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Life Insurance and Annuities to lead large-scale technology implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong project ownership, and the ability to manage complex implementations while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale technology implementation projects within the Life Insurance and Annuities domain. Own project milestones, workstreams, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and escalations. Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery. Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives. Facilitate discussions on business requirements, system integrations, APIs, and technical dependencies. Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and drive decisions to keep implementations on track. Lead project discussions independently and provide clear updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Ensure successful execution of project deliverables while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing large-scale Life Insurance and Annuities technology implementations. Strong project management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients and senior executives. Solid understanding of business requirements, technology integrations, APIs, and implementation processes. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination skills. Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and competing priorities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to independently drive technology implementations rather than simply tracking and reporting project status.
