Project Manager – M&A / Information Security
Hiring: Project Manager – M&A / Information Security 📍 Location: Remote (EST) 📅 Duration: 2 Years We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Information Security workstreams supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (M&A). The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, and experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of project management experience supporting M&A, acquisitions and divestitures, information security risk management, or cybersecurity initiatives. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects. Strong skills in project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead across Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall environments. Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and executive presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project collaboration/reporting tools. Understanding of information security concepts, processes, and requirements. Practical knowledge of generative AI, business applications, and responsible AI usage. Preferred Qualifications: PMP or other relevant certifications. Experience in cybersecurity, information security risk management, privacy, or compliance. Familiarity with identity and access management, security assessments, infrastructure separation, data transfers, third-party risk, and post-close remediation. Experience developing portfolio dashboards, executive reports, or automated project management workflows. Note: This is a project management-focused role; deep hands-on cybersecurity engineering expertise is not required.
