Project Manager | Remote
Position: Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE Type: Full-Time Compensation: $300,000 - $500,000 USD Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality and client alignment. Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, and reporting. Coordinate across experts, reviewers, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality. Define task specifications and review rubrics to establish clear quality standards. Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, throughput, and delivery metrics. Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback and performance data.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals. Have strong relevant experience leading technical projects or complex data workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using metrics to drive improvements. Ability to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable workflows. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and client-facing teams.
