It partners with public sector health agencies, providers, and employers to address challenges in healthcare delivery and enhance the effectiveness of Medicaid, Medicare, and government programs. About the Opportunity: The SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER leads medium to large-scale healthcare and technology projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, manages risks and resources, and provides executive reporting. It contributes to client satisfaction and continuous improvement while mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of moderately to highly complex projects on time, scope, and budget Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate directly with clients on progress and deliverables Track project milestones and metrics using project management tools Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed Align project execution with strategic business and client objectives Prepare reports and present to senior leadership and clients Monitor budgets, resource forecasts, and collaborate with finance Ensure compliance with governance, contractual, and regulatory standards Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Resolve operational and technical issues with project personnel Keep project documentation current Participate in process and tool improvement initiatives Mentor junior project managers and coordinators Maintain commitment to customer service and operational excellence Stay informed on industry trends and project management best practices Adhere to corporate policies including HIPAA privacy and security rules Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 5 years of project management experience PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred or in progress Experience with healthcare delivery, Medicaid/Medicare, or government contracts preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple large projects independently Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
