Job Title: Project Manager – Steel Manufacturing Location: Texas Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 Introduction Our client is a growing manufacturing business supporting the power and utilities sectors across the United States. Day to Day
- Manage customer orders from award through engineering, production, delivery, and invoicing.
- Coordinate engineering, purchasing, fabrication, quality, and logistics to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts, resolving technical queries and managing changes.
- Monitor production schedules, material availability, quality requirements, and delivery commitments.
- Maintain customer communication, project documentation, and commercial cost control.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or heavy manufacturing.
- Project engineering experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications.
- Experience managing multiple projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on-site as required in Midland, Texas, with flexibility for monthly travel.
- Must be authorised to work in the US; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
