Prompt Engineer
Company Description
Dial is a wallet-to-wallet communication platform built for secure, direct interactions in Web3. Using crypto wallets as identity, Dial enables users to connect, call, and communicate without phone numbers, centralized accounts, or legacy intermediaries. The platform treats communication as an on-chain primitive, supporting peer-to-peer calls, live audio rooms, and value-aware interactions enforced cryptographically. Dial is infrastructure-agnostic and multi-chain, enabling interoperable experiences across modern blockchain networks for creators, communities, DAOs, and Web3 applications. Its mission is to modernize communication for a decentralized internet—private by default, composable by design, and owned by its users. Role Description As a Prompt Engineer Intern at Dial, you will design, test, and refine prompts that power AI-assisted experiences across our wallet-to-wallet communication platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate user and business needs into effective prompt structures, workflows, and evaluation criteria. Day-to-day, you will experiment with different prompt formats, analyze model outputs, document best practices, and propose prompt improvements for reliability, safety, and usability in Web3 contexts. You will also support the creation of internal tools, templates, and guidelines to help others use AI responsibly and effectively. This is a remote internship role, offering flexibility while working closely with a distributed, crypto-native team.
