Property Maintenance Coordinator
Job Overview Our client is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Maintenance Coordinator to streamline daily property operations and maintain high tenant satisfaction. In this role, you will manage work orders, coordinate repairs with contractors, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure smooth apartment upkeep. You will also provide essential administrative support while ensuring full compliance with property standards and guidelines. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM US Central Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining apartment properties. Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve issues. Maintain and update property records and documentation. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property maintenance and repairs. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email correspondence, and file management. Ensure compliance with property regulations and legal guidelines.
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish 2+ years experience in managing apartment maintenance work orders, make-readies, and tenant repair requests 2+ years experience supervising maintenance employees and contractors Familiarity with property management software such as Property Boss, AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Propertyware, Rent Manager, and the like is an advantage.
