Remote Position

Property Owner Outreach Representative

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

Company Description

Iron Stake provides lease-to-purchase listings, including rent-to-own and lease-option arrangements, with all material terms disclosed clearly from the start. The platform is designed to create transparency and simplicity for both property owners and prospective buyers. Sellers pay a predictable flat listing fee, making it easier to budget for marketing their properties. Buyers pay no fees to access listings, which helps broaden the pool of interested and qualified leads. Iron Stake aims to streamline the path from rental to home ownership through straightforward, well-communicated agreements. Role Description The Property Owner Outreach Representative is a remote, contract role responsible for engaging property owners and explaining the benefits of Iron Stake’s lease-to-purchase listing model. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and contacting prospective property owners via phone, email, and online platforms, scheduling introductory calls, and conducting structured discovery conversations to understand their needs. The representative will clearly communicate how Iron Stake’s flat listing fee and transparent terms work, answer common questions, and guide interested owners through the listing process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, tracking lead status in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal team members to improve outreach messaging and target lists. Success in this role is measured by quality of conversations, conversion of property owners to active listings, and consistent, professional representation of the Iron Stake brand.
