Provider Data Service Specialist

Job Description:

• Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information in appropriate systems to support claims adjudication and provider directories
• Perform data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations
• Collaborate with internal and external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements
• Provide technical and/or functional leadership within the unit when needed
• Validate system enhancements
• Identify, research, and conduct root cause analyses for provider data issues and audit trends
• Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend process improvements
• Conduct and manage audits of provider information and escalate issues for resolution

Requirements:

• 1+ years of maintaining information within multiple databases
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments
• Demonstrated ability to work in a production environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrated success prioritizing work and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations
• Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications
• EPDB experience preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
