Extending Roots is a growing private practice where therapy is provided remotely, at the comfort of your own home. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. As a Psychotherapist, you will provide mental health counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples and families. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate through various challenges and improve their overall well-being. Duties Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques Provide counseling and support to individuals, couples, families, and groups Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of psychotherapy Requirements: LMSW Proven experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools such as DSM-V Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate client records We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a 20 + hours position with opportunities for professional growth and development. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
