Public Accountant

About the opportunity - Anyone AI is seeking Public Accountants to create realistic tasks based on accounting services delivered to external clients. - You will develop original tasks and reference solutions, then evaluate AI agents completing client accounting workflows using spreadsheets, accounting platforms, and supporting documents. Company: Anyone AI Location: Remote Engagement: Project-based with flexible hours Compensation: US$80–US$150 per hour, depending on expertise and project requirements Responsibilities - Create tasks involving bookkeeping review, adjusting entries, trial balance preparation, financial statements, and client accounting queries. - Develop reference solutions that reconcile source documents to final outputs and explain relevant accounting judgments. - Evaluate agents organizing incomplete records, correcting misclassifications, reconciling accounts, and preparing client deliverables. - Define scoring criteria for technical accuracy, consistency, documentation, and clarity of client communication. - Identify missing information and assess whether agents request clarification or state reasonable assumptions. Requirements - Degree in accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise. - 3+ years of experience in public accounting or providing accounting services to external clients. - Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and applicable accounting standards. - Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent software. - Fluent English, with strong written communication skills. Preferred qualifications - CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification; experience serving multiple clients, industries, or jurisdictions.
