Python Backend AI Agent Engineer
The work You will support AI training work focused on backend development for AI agents. The work combines Python application development, structured review, and clear written feedback to help improve AI systems.
- Write or improve expert responses and explain your reasoning clearly.
- Review source materials and model outputs against project guidelines.
- Explain your judgments so feedback can improve model behavior.
- Maintain consistent quality across repeated review tasks.
What it pays and takes This is contract, part-time work with a minimum weekly commitment. The role is open worldwide and requires fluent English.
- Pay: $300 per label.
- Time: 20+ hours per week.
- Schedule: Complete at least 1 approved task per day, with no stated cap while the task pipeline is available.
- Location: Open worldwide.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Experience: 3+ years of backend development experience with strong Python skills.
- Backend skills: FastAPI, Flask, or Django; scalable backends; REST APIs; and microservices.
- Tools and practices: Git, Docker, pipeline basics, testing, and code-quality practices.
- AI development tools: Daily use of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or a similar AI coding assistant.
