Job Title: Oracle CC&B EDI Test Lead Employment Details: Job Duration: 12 months (extension possible based on project requirements) Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract – Hourly Work Schedule: 40 hours per week Rate: $50–$55/hour DOE Work Authorization Candidate must be willing to work on our W2. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Care and Billing Test Lead with strong utility domain experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ANSI X12 EDI transaction sets in Oracle Utilities CC&B and will be responsible for system and integration test execution for key business processes. Key Responsibilities
Lead testing activities for Oracle CC&B processes. Execute system and integration testing for key utility billing and EDI processes. Validate ANSI X12 EDI transaction sets within Oracle Utilities CC&B. Test and support Oracle CC&B processes including 814, 867, 810, and 820. Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure successful test execution. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Ensure testing deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Oracle Customer Care and Billing. Experience working in the utility domain. Hands-on experience with ANSI X12 EDI transactions in Oracle Utilities CC&B. Strong understanding of EDI processes 814, 867, 810, and 820. Experience leading or executing system and integration testing. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Oracle CC&B Test Lead with strong utility industry knowledge, hands-on EDI testing experience, and the ability to manage test execution for critical business processes in a long-term contract environment.
