QNXT Implementation SME

Location : 100% Fully Remote | Must Be Able to Work Pacific Time (PST) Hours Description: We are seeking an experienced QNXT Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale QNXT implementation for a national health plan. This individual will bring deep, hands-on QNXT implementation and configuration experience, with the ability to develop standardized playbooks, tools, templates, and operational processes needed to implement, maintain, and optimize the platform. The ideal candidate has participated in multiple QNXT implementations and understands not only how the platform is configured, but also how to establish repeatable practices that enable health plans to manage QNXT effectively throughout implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operations. This is a hands-on, consultative role requiring a combination of QNXT platform expertise, implementation leadership, process design, and knowledge transfer. What You Will Do: QNXT Implementation & Configuration - Serve as a QNXT SME, supporting implementation planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness. - Provide guidance on QNXT architecture, core modules, configuration dependencies, and platform capabilities. - Support configuration strategies across Claims, Benefits, Provider, Contracts, Membership, Enrollment, Billing, and related functions. - Translate health plan business requirements into QNXT configuration and operational requirements. - Identify configuration risks, integration dependencies, and opportunities to leverage standard QNXT functionality. - Collaborate with business operations, IT, implementation partners, and technical teams to resolve complex platform issues.
